Real Estate Team looking for an assistant.
We are a busy Real Estate team with a fun personality looking to grow our business by paying awesome people to support us in all of our roles as a team lead, marketing guru, listing agent & buying agent. We are committed to our clients and want to build a team of people who can support the Brookings Home Team while we provide 5 star service.
In this role you will be supporting a Realtor Team with all facets of business including but not limited to…
-Simple to complex computer tasks
-Create organization systems within the day to day duties/paperwork
-Utilize or learn some graphic design skills to assist with new marketing
The successful candidate must have:
2+ years of professional office/computer experience
A direct communication style with the ability to speak and write clearly, especially to develop effective communication.
The ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel)
Experience with Google Drive
Experience with social networking, social media
The ability to commute to an office in Brookings
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION (could turn full time) in Brookings. Flexible 15-19 hours per week. 2-3 weekdays required. Prefer Monday, Wednesday & Friday

*You are active on social media and enjoy positive interactions with others around you via posts etc.
*You are able to multitask and are proficient in (at LEAST) Microsoft Word, Publisher, Power Point and Excel….the more the better!
*You always carry your phone with you because you hate to miss out on anything
*You are a fast learner with a positive attitude and communication skills that would impress most.
*You are resourceful: you are not afraid to find or create solutions and get the job done on a tight-timeline.
*You are motivated to succeed.
