Millborn Seeds is looking to add a motivated Customer Service Specialist to our team. The ideal person for this role has knowledge of the Agricultural industry. This person also has a servant heart with a passion to take care of our customers with top notch Customer Service either in person or on the phone. They are detail oriented and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day. All Millborn teammates must have the ability to adapt to change and a commitment to growing the company.


Key Responsibilities


·         Arrive by 7:55 every day ready to assist customers via phone or in person

·         Maintain accurate customer information

·         Manage all incoming calls.  Direct them to the correct team member; take detailed messages

·         Enter Sales Orders, coordinate details of each sale (shipping details, payment details, etc.)

·         Conduct follow up communication as needed (tracking packages, product questions, etc.)         

·         Create quotes, ensure quote is followed through to customer and a timeline is in place for when to transfer to an order

·         Manage open orders/quotes for periodically review for updates

·         Assist efforts to maintain and develop a relationship with all customers

·         Take care of customer needs providing the Millborn Customer Service Experience

·         Communicate with specialists regarding work priorities
