Millborn Seeds is looking to add a highly detailed, organized, efficient Sales Support Specialist to our team. This person will be responsible for the administrative duties to assist their sales team. The ideal teammate has a servant heart with a passion to take care of our sales team and their customer while offering top notch customer service. They are detail oriented and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day. All Millborn teammates must have the ability to adapt to change and a commitment to growing the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive by 7:55 every day ready to assist sales team and customers
  • Create and process Sales Orders in a timely manner to ensure customer orders are meeting the required deadlines for shipping timeframes
  • Coordinate details of each sale (shipping details, payment details, etc.)
  • Conduct follow up communication as needed (tracking packages, product questions, etc.)
  • Create quotes, ensure quote is followed through to customer and a timeline is in place for when to transfer to an order
  • Manage open orders/quotes and ensure accurate up to date information is entered
  • Maintain accurate customer information and document important information using our CRM tool
  • Assist efforts to maintain and develop a relationship with all customers
  • Take care of customer needs providing the Millborn Customer Service Experience

  • Desire for accuracy and high level of urgency to ensure quality and timeliness are a top priority
  • Maintain a high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
