Job Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and professional support to the Ness School of Management and Economics. Responsibilities include assisting the director and associate director with program processes, accreditation reporting and data management, serving as the school liaison with college and university administration, alumni, donors and industry stakeholders, and academic support.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
MS Office Products – Excel and PowerPoint are essential to this position
Database development and maintenance
Academic curriculum, courses, and forms
Event and activity coordination
Skill & Ability to:
Gather and present data in tabular and graphical format
Effectively communicate information both in a written and verbal manner
Use IT tools such as Banner, Student Banner, Box, DocuSign, Doodle, Zoom/GoToMeeting
Display strong attention to detail
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, alumni, donors, and stakeholders
Learn and interpret University policies and procedures
Train and provide guidance to student workers
