Senior Building Maintenance Worker
Salary Range CG EH: $13.42 – $18.25/hour depending upon qualifications, plus benefits
12 months, 100% time

Job Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to provide carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance services to repair Housing and Residential Life buildings. To be successful as a Senior Building Maintenance Worker, candidates should be self-motivated, excel in customer service and practice strong attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Methods and practices used in carpentry
Paints and coatings
Skill & Ability to:
Read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Operate various types of power and hand tools safely and effectively
Communicate clearly and concisely
Follow written and verbal directions
Interact effectively and professionally with contractors, coworkers and customers
Operate grounds care equipment
Required License: Valid driver’s license is required.
