Job Responsibilities: In this role you will, ensure building safety, security, cleanliness, and setups meet the needs in accordance with SDSU Wellness Center standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of: Cleaning equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
Skill & Ability to: Operate cleaning equipment; communicate effectively, orally and in writing; follow oral and written instructions; lift and carry up to 65 pounds; move equipment and supplies up stairs; work on a 3 to 6 ft ladder; work in subzero temperatures and temperatures above 90 degrees; and associate positively and professionally with students, co-workers and the public.
Required License: Valid driver’s license is required.
Comments: Normal hours are 5AM to 1:30PM Monday – Friday. Applicants should detail prior professional cleaning experience on their application. On-call rotation and occasional weekends/holiday hours are required. SDSU is a tobacco free environment.
